The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to take place on 23rd August 2024 (Friday) at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the 11th floor of the Woon Lee Commercial Building, located at 7-9 Austin Avenue in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

The agenda of the meeting are as follows:-

1.       Confirmation of the 2024 AGM Agenda

2.       Confirmation of the 2023 AGM Minutes

3.       Presentation and adoption of President Report 2023 - 2024

4.       Presentation and adoption of Financial Report 2023 - 2024

5.       Election of Executive Committee Members and Office Bearers for the Term 2024 - 2026

6.       General Business

All members are cordially invited to attend this year's AGM. In order to proceed with the AGM, a quorum of at least 30 Fellow or Corporate members must be present either in person or by proxy.
