Job Information
• Degree or Diploma holder in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience, preferably with experience in inventory management
• Holder of a valid safety card
• To monitor repair, maintenance and renovation works in the estate
• To prepare tenders for maintenance works
• To lead a team tackle emergency fault calls
• To supervise external contractors' performance and meet the expected safety requirement
